Select the water temperature in precise °C steps with a simple touch, set the cooking time, and add the bag to the water. The electronic control maintains the water temperature exactly and consistently guarantees perfect results. This means that every doneness point can be precisely set, and the perfect steak is easily prepared - without having to monitor the time. Once the target temperature is reached, the food cannot be overcooked in the precisely temperature-controlled water bath, so a duck breast, for example, can be held at the right temperature for several hours without loss of flavor or quality.
